If you recall from our last newsletter, Rebecca was successful in passing her Driver’s Permit test back in September. On October 3rd, right after leaving the ND Department of Transportation, Rebecca stopped by the DCIL office to show us her brand-spanking new ND Driver’s License and her very own vehicle!!
