The North Dakota Statewide Independent Living Council in collaboration with the Centers for Independent Living welcome feedback for the draft copy of the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) 2021-2023. The SPIL is a three-year plan to improve independent living services in North Dakota. Due to COVID-19 we will be accepting public comment via email or telephone.
