Unless otherwise specified, all of Dakota Center for Independent Living services are available to any individual with a significant disability-whether it be physical, mental, sensory, cognitive, age-related or all of the above. DCIL does not require proof of diagnosis or medical records in order to render services. However, other agencies (such as Medicaid or Social Security) may require such documentation.

All eligibility requirements are applied without regard to age, color, creed, gender, national origin, race, religion or type of significant disability.
